I have been photographing Marianne since she was a baby and its always a pleasure each time! She is a strong, beautiful, confident young woman who has accomplished so many great things! She is a talented swimmer as her Cape Central high school team just won the state championship with her placing 11th in the 200 IM, 12th in the 500 free, and being apart of the winning 200 free relay! When deciding where she wanted her senior portraits done, she knew exactly where she wanted to go! She took us out to Amidon Rock (also known as Pink Rocks) for some gorgeous portraits by the water and to the Bubble so that we could capture her dedication to the sport she loves!
Marianne plans to go to Truman State University to major in Exercise Science next fall!
Here are a few questions Marianne answered for me:
1. What has been your favorite thing about being a senior?: My favorite thing about being a senior is how, as everything comes to a close, I’ve learned to appreciate the little details of my hometown and school so much more.
2. Tell me something fun and surprising about yourself!: I am a part of the first girls team in Cape Central history to be a state championship team!!
3. How did you decide on a senior photographer when there are so many to choose from in this area?: First of all I’ve been taking pictures with Carrie my entire life and I already knew how good she was and how much fun she was so it was an easy decision.
4. If someone asked you who they should get to photograph their senior portraits and had NO IDEA who Photography By Carrie was, what would you say to them?: 100% go to her. She is not only amazing at what she does but she makes you feel like you are the most beautiful girl/handsome guy ever when she’s taking your pictures!
Marianne, I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished!
